This study is to look at how well Semaglutide (Ozempic) works when taken together with different doses of a new once weekly investigational medicine called NNC0480-0389. Semaglutide is a medicine that doctors can already prescribe for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
The purpose is to investigate how safe, and how well tolerated, the two medicines are when used alone or in combination at different doses in working to lower blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes.
